This agreement governs the strategic divestment and transfer of the digital asset worldnews.in. By initiating a purchase request, the Purchaser agrees to these professional protocols.
The Asset is a Heritage Media Domain registered in 2005. The sale pertains exclusively to the Domain Name and its associated SEO authority. No existing content, database, or business entity is included in this transaction.
Valuation is established based on "Category-Killer" keyword status, 20+ years of age authority, and comparable Tier-1 media domain sales. Offers are treated as formal letters of intent and are non-binding until an escrow agreement is initiated.
To provide maximum security for institutional buyers, all transactions are processed through Escrow.com or Dan.com. Assets are delivered immediately upon the escrow provider marking funds as "Secured."
The Seller will provide the Auth-Code (EPP) or initiate a Registrar Push within 24 business hours of payment verification. The Purchaser is responsible for ensuring their destination registrar is capable of accepting .IN registry assets.
Given the high-profile nature of media assets, the Seller is prepared to enter into a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement regarding the final purchase price for corporate acquisitions meeting the reserve threshold.
Due to the irreversible nature of domain name transfers, all sales are Final and Non-Refundable once the transfer has been initiated.
